Overview
Tsukihime Remake (月姫リメイク, Tsukihime Rimeiku), or Tsukihime R is a general name for the remake version of the visual novel Tsukihime by Type-Moon.
Since it took about 10 years until the official name was announced, this is the more popular name, and is often used as a tag in pixiv.
The original story consisted of five routes with three main heroines, Arcueid, Ciel, and Akiha, and two subheroines, Hisui and Kohaku. This time, the Near-Side Route, which was included in the half-moon version, and the Far Side Route, the Tohno household route, are divided and reorganized as follows.
Near-Side Route: Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-
The routes of Arcueid and Ciel are included with substantial additions.
Far Side Route: Tsukihime -The other side of red garden-
The story will include the routes ofAkiha, Hisui and Kohaku, and the long-awaited route of Satsuki.
The outside story fighting game Melty Blood was also remade in the same way and released in a new generation, Melty Blood: Type Lumina without an intervening period.
